Holly is a lifelong resident of Christian County and the daughter of Charles and Sue Billingsley. She and her husband Keith are the proud parents of their 4 children, Sloan, Harlow, Palin, and Anne Bryan.
Holly is a 1994 Graduate of Christian County High School and received her BA degree from WKU. She and her family attend the Hillcrest Baptist Church.
Holly is a member of the Hopkinsville Junior Auxiliary and currently serves on the board of the Bruce Convention Center. In addition, she is a member of the Chamber serving on the Military Affairs and Diplomat committees. She is a substitute teacher and coach of the JV and Varsity cheerleaders at Heritage Christian Academy.
